Amazing and courteous staff. Ronald was exceptional. Clean and amazing for the the value.
Areas for improvement:
12-4am loud music from the 2nd floor bar in rooms 1615-1616 which were on the 16th floor. Need to fix that.

Prime location, clean room and good ambience, good pools with varying depths suitable for all levels of swimming.. Good value for money

Few maintenance issues, door handle was broken and washbasin was leaking which caused a slip as tiles were not antiskid.. Food was very average ..
